How long does it take to receive my official Lexington Experience Card by mail?
It takes 6-8 weeks to receive your official Lexington Experience Card in the mail.
Do I get any points for my stay(s) at any of your hotels where I use my Lexington Experience Card?
The Lexington Experience program is a FREE, INSTANT REWARDS program, which entitles our guests to receive a 15% discount off standard rack rates at any of our participating hotels. Our loyalty program is not set up as "points system" like most hospitality groups, which requires you to accumulate a number of points before you receive any type of incentive or reward. We are uniquely set up to give our Guests an instant/immediate award to show how much we appreciate your patronage. We encourage our guests to book their reservations via our websites at www.lexingtonhotels.com and select a Lexington Experience Room Rate when booking your rooms. Be sure to enter your Lexington Experience card number on the reservation form. You may also call our reservations line at 877-539-7070 or call the hotel directly to book a room using your discount card.
Do I need to show my actual Lexington Experience Card upon check-in at the hotel?
Yes. As a part of the Lexington Experience Card protocol, all cardholders are required to show proof of Membership by having their card at the time of check-in. If you have misplaced your card or it has been stolen, please contact our Lexington Experience Department at 1-877-311-2378 for a replacement card.
Is there an automatic renewal of Membership for the Lexington Experience Card annually?
There is no renewal process for the Lexington Experience Card program. Membership is ongoing and the cardholder is not required to renew their membership at any time. However, if there is information that has changed about you, please contact our Lexington Experience Department at 1-877-311-2378.
